TRANSPARENT FINANCIAL FLOW & STRICT NO-CASH POLICY

TRANSPARENT FINANCIAL FLOW & STRICT NO-CASH POLICY

Policy Code: BIZ-PK-NOCASH-2026
Effective Date: March 28, 2026 (Supersedes baseline payment protocols established August 13, 2024) Portal Application: pk.bizoso.ca | www.bizoso.ca
Jurisdiction: Islamic Republic of Pakistan
Legal Foundation: Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Act 2010; Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Digital Payment Directives; The Contract Act 1872.

1. The 100% Cashless Corporate Mandate

To ensure absolute financial transparency, eliminate the risk of internal embezzlement, and comply strictly with international anti-money laundering standards, Bizoso Consulta operates exclusively as a 100% Cashless Organization across all of its global jurisdictions (including Canada, the UK, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Pakistan).

We do not maintain cash registers, petty cash reception desks, or physical vaults. Physical currency (cash) is unequivocally not accepted for any service, government processing fee, or administrative facilitation charge under any circumstances.

2. Authorized Digital Payment Channels

A financial transaction is only legally recognized by Bizoso Consulta if it is routed through formal, traceable, and formalized banking channels. The Client agrees to settle all CRM-generated invoices using exclusively the following approved methods:

  • Inter-Bank Fund Transfer (IBFT) / Raast: Direct digital transfers from the Client's verified personal or corporate bank account directly into the official, registered corporate bank account of "Bizoso Consulta."

  • Corporate / Payee-Only Cheques: Cross-cheques issued directly to the firm's registered corporate title (clearing times apply before service commences).

  • Authorized Digital Gateways: Credit or Debit card payments processed securely through the payment gateways (e.g., Stripe) integrated directly into the pk.bizoso.ca client portal.

3. The "No-Cash" Liability Shield & Employee Restrictions

Bizoso Consulta explicitly and strictly forbids its directors, administrative staff, case managers, consultants, and affiliated B2B travel agents from requesting, handling, or accepting physical cash on behalf of the company.

  • Client Acknowledgment: The Client acknowledges that any cash handed to an employee, B2B partner, or third-party broker is an unauthorized, fraudulent, and off-book transaction.

  • Absolute Corporate Immunity: If a Client chooses to bypass this policy and hands physical cash to an individual claiming to represent Bizoso Consulta, the Client does so entirely at their own peril. The firm assumes zero financial, legal, or administrative liability for lost, stolen, or misappropriated cash.

  • No Ledger Credit: Cash payments will never be recognized by the firm, they will not be credited to the Client’s secure CRM ledger, and no administrative work will commence. The Client cannot use a "cash handover" as a basis for a legal claim or service demand.

4. Prohibition of Personal Account Transfers

To further protect the Client and the firm from financial misconduct, payments must only be sent to the official corporate accounts listed on the digital invoice.

  • No Personal Routing: The Client is strictly prohibited from transferring funds via IBFT, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or wire transfer to the personal bank account of any Bizoso Consulta employee, regardless of the employee's seniority or instructions.

  • Fraud Reporting: If any staff member or representative asks you to deposit an invoice payment into a personal account, you must immediately halt the transaction and report the individual to the compliance team via karachi@bizoso.ca.

5. Digital Invoicing & Proof of Payment

A transaction is only deemed valid when the following digital chain of custody is complete:

  1. A formal, barcoded digital invoice is generated by the Perfex CRM.

  2. The Client uploads their verifiable digital payment receipt (e.g., an IBFT confirmation screenshot containing a valid Bank Transaction ID and timestamp) to the portal.

  3. The central billing department verifies the funds in the corporate account and marks the digital invoice as "Paid."

  • Penalty for Forgery: The submission of a forged, photoshopped, or altered payment receipt will result in the immediate termination of the Client's file, forfeiture of any legitimate funds, and proactive reporting to the FIA Cybercrime Wing under PECA 2016.
