1. Statement of Private Corporate Status

Bizoso Consulta is a 100% independent, privately-owned administrative, business management, and immigration documentation consultancy. We operate exclusively within the private sector.

We hereby explicitly declare that Bizoso Consulta is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with, or acting as an official agent or representative for any government body, ministry, or sovereign state. This complete lack of affiliation includes, but is strictly not limited to:

  1. The Government of Pakistan: Including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), the Ministry of Interior, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), and the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).

  2. The Government of Canada: Including Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), and the Canadian High Commission.

  3. The United States Government: Including the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of State (DOS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the US Embassy/Consulates.

  4. The Government of the United Kingdom: Including UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) and the Home Office.

2. Scope of Administrative Facilitation

The scope of services provided by Bizoso Consulta is strictly limited to Administrative Facilitation and professional consulting. Our services include:

  1. Reviewing and organizing client-provided documentation.

  2. Assisting with the accurate completion of complex government forms.

  3. Providing strategic administrative advice based on publicly available government regulations and guidelines.

  4. Facilitating communication with independent, third-party licensed legal professionals (such as RCICs or Attorneys) where legal representation is required.

Bizoso Consulta does not issue visas, passports, waivers, or residency permits. The final authority to grant or deny any immigration or entry benefit rests entirely and exclusively with the evaluating immigration officer of the respective sovereign government.

3. Zero Tolerance for "Inside Influence" (Sifarish) Claims

Bizoso Consulta operates strictly within the boundaries of the law and official government procedures.

  1. We do not possess, nor do we ever claim to possess, any "inside links," "sifarish" (undue influence), "back-channel access," or special leverage over any embassy officer, border agent, or government decision-maker.

  2. Any success in our facilitation is based entirely on the meticulous preparation of documentation, adherence to official guidelines, and the individual merit of the client's profile.

  3. We strictly prohibit any client from asking Bizoso Consulta staff to utilize illegal influence, bribery, or personal connections to expedite or alter the outcome of a sovereign government process.

4. Anti-Misrepresentation by Third Parties and B2B Partners

Bizoso Consulta maintains a strict pipeline of B2B partners and travel agents. However, the firm assumes zero legal or financial liability for fraudulent claims made by external third parties.

  1. Any claim made by a travel agent, sub-consultant, or external marketer that Bizoso Consulta can "bypass" official government queues, alter minimum requirements, or provide "100% Guaranteed Visas" through undisclosed government connections is entirely false, unauthorized, and legally actionable.

  2. Bizoso Consulta will immediately terminate its relationship with any B2B partner found misrepresenting our firm as a government affiliate.

5. Client Acknowledgement and Waiver

By accessing the secure portal (pk.bizoso.ca), rendering payment, or signing any service agreement, the Client formally acknowledges:

  1. They understand that they are hiring a private consultancy for administrative help, not purchasing a government outcome.

  2. They understand that all government application fees (such as biometric fees or embassy visa fees) are processed by the government, not retained by Bizoso Consulta as profit.

  3. They waive any right to file a consumer complaint or legal suit claiming that Bizoso Consulta misrepresented itself as a government agency or embassy partner.
