PREAMBLE: ACCEPTANCE OF DIGITAL CONTRACT

Welcome to Bizoso Consulta. By accessing this digital portal, creating an account, making a payment, or uploading any document, you ("The Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Master Terms of Service.

Pursuant to Section 3 of the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (ETO) 2002, clicking "I Agree," ticking a digital checkbox, or making a payment constitutes a legally binding electronic signature. These Terms expressly incorporate our entire Master Policy Library, including our Privacy, Fraud, and Refund policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of our services.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES & DIGITAL-ONLY OPERATIONS

  1. 1.1. Administrative Facilitation: Bizoso Consulta is a private administrative and business management consultancy. We provide documentation support, portal access, and case management.
    1. We are NOT a law firm, and we are NOT affiliated with or endorsed by any government entity (including IRCC, USCIS, UKVI, or the Government of Pakistan).
  2. 1.2. Independent Legal Partners: Any specific legal advice or representation is provided exclusively by independent, third-party licensed professionals (e.g., Attorneys or RCICs) through our facilitation channels.
  3. 1.3. Totally Electronic Company: We operate on a strictly paperless, digital-first model. All official communication, document submission, and case tracking are conducted via pk.bizoso.ca. Our physical locations in Karachi, Toronto, and Calgary serve as administrative hubs only.
    1. We do not offer or accept in-person appointments.

2. FRAUD DETERRENCE & CRIMINAL LIABILITY

  1. 2.1. Zero-Tolerance for Forgery: The submission of forged, altered, tampered, or "template" documents (including but not limited to bank statements, educational degrees, and employment letters) is strictly prohibited.
  2. 2.2. Criminal Prosecution: Under Sections 463 to 471 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC), creating or using a forged document is a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment. Bizoso Consulta assumes zero liability for your documents.
  3. 2.3. Proactive Reporting: If our internal audits or our legal partners detect fraudulent documents, we reserve the right, under Section 14 of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016, to proactively report your identity, IP logs, and the fraudulent documents to the (FIA) Cybercrime Wing and the relevant Embassy Integrity Units.
  4. 2.4. Affidavit of Veracity: By uploading any file, you legally swear that you are the sole source of the document and that it was obtained through lawful channels. (If Required)

3. FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE & ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML)

  1. 3.1. Cashless Policy: In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Act 2010, Bizoso Consulta is a 100% cashless entity. All payments must be made via verifiable banking channels, electronic fund transfers (EFT), or authorized digital gateways (e.g., Stripe).
  2. 3.2. Unauthorized Transactions: Any cash handed to an employee personally, or any funds transferred to an account not listed on your official Bizoso invoice, is deemed fraudulent and will not be recognized by the company.
  3. 3.3. Regional Credit Risk & Pre-Payment: Due to historical risk models, clients residing in or operating from designated High-Risk Credit Zones (including Rural Lahore, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, and Mandi Bahauddin) must clear 100% of their invoice upfront. No service, including preliminary case assessment, will commence until the invoice is fully paid.

4. NO "DONE-BASE" OR ILLEGAL SCHEMES

  1. 4.1. Ethical Conduct: Bizoso Consulta strictly prohibits "Done-Base" visa schemes, "Payment After Arrival" arrangements, or the procurement of "Confirmed Work Permits."
  2. 4.2. Sovereign Immunity: The final decision to grant a visa, waiver, or entry permit rests entirely with the sovereign government processing the application. Bizoso Consulta provides no guarantees of success and assumes no liability for embassy refusals, administrative processing delays, or government backlogs.

5. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. 5.1. The 7-Day Exception Window: Bizoso Consulta operates on a strict "Fee-for-Service" model. A refund will only be considered if a written request is submitted via the portal within 7 calendar days of the payment clearing, AND only if the service remains strictly "Unperformed."
  2. 5.2. Definition of "Performed": A service is legally classified as "Performed" (and therefore 100% non-refundable) the moment any of the following occur:
    1. The Client logs into the secure portal.
    2. An administrative file is opened in the CRM.
    3. A consultant reviews the inquiry, documents, or provides preliminary advice (written or verbal).
    4. Case Dormancy: Failure to respond to document requests within 14 days will move your file to "Dormant" status, requiring a Re-activation Fee. After 45 days of inactivity, the file is permanently closed with no refund.

6. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT, "SIFARISH," & CYBER-DEFAMATION

  1. 6.1. Anti-Harassment: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse, threats, or harassment directed at our staff.
  2. 6.2. Prohibition of External Influence: Any attempt to use political, military, or police connections ("Sifarish") to bypass our protocols or expedite a case will result in the immediate and unilateral termination of this agreement without a refund.
  3. 6.3. Cyber-Defamation & Blackmail: Threatening to post negative reviews or publishing defamatory/false content on social media (Google, Facebook, WhatsApp) to coerce the firm into a refund is a criminal offense under Section 20 of PECA 2016. We will actively pursue legal damages against such individuals.

7. DIGITAL EVIDENCE & NON-REPUDIATION

  1. 7.1. Primary Evidence: Pursuant to Article 164 of the Qanun-e-Shahadat Order (QSO) 1984, all digital audit trails, IP addresses, session IDs, and timestamps generated by pk.bizoso.ca are legally admissible as primary evidence.
  2. 7.2. Non-Repudiation: You acknowledge that you cannot deny or repudiate actions taken, documents uploaded, or consents given while logged into your secure portal account.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. 8.1. Liability Cap: In the event of a proven administrative error by Bizoso Consulta, our total aggregate liability is strictly capped at the specific Facilitation Fee paid by the Client for that service.
    1. Waiver of Consequential Damages: The Client explicitly waives the right to claim damages for "mental agony," emotional distress, loss of opportunity, or travel delays.
      1. Dispute Resolution: All disputes must first be submitted through our Official Digital Ticketing System for a mandatory 30-day internal mediation.
      2. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Karachi, Sindh.
