SOVEREIGN DECISION IMMUNITY & RESULT DISCLAIMER
Policy Code: BIZ-PK-IMMUNITY-2026
Effective Date: March 28, 2026
Portal Application: pk.bizoso.ca | www.bizoso.ca
Jurisdiction: Islamic Republic of Pakistan
Legal Foundation: The Specific Relief Act 1877; The Contract Act 1872.
1. Visas and Permits as a Sovereign Privilege
The Client explicitly acknowledges, understands, and agrees that the issuance of a visa, entry permit, electronic travel authorization (eTA), immigration waiver, or permanent residency is a sovereign privilege granted exclusively by the government of the destination country.
Immigration benefits are not consumer rights that can be purchased, demanded, or guaranteed by any private entity, lawyer, or consultant. The ultimate authority and sole discretion to grant or deny any immigration or entry benefit rests entirely with the evaluating immigration officer of the respective sovereign government.
2. Scope of Administrative Facilitation
The scope of services provided by Bizoso Consulta is strictly limited to Administrative Facilitation and professional documentation support.
-
Our service is to ensure that your application is prepared meticulously, accurately, and in accordance with the publicly available guidelines of the destination country.
-
We do not evaluate, judge, or approve the final outcome.
-
Once the compiled application is officially submitted to the relevant government portal, embassy, or processing center, Bizoso Consulta’s contractual service delivery is deemed 100% complete and fulfilled.
3. Absolute Immunity from Refusals, Rejections, and Bans
Because the final decision is outside the control of Bizoso Consulta, the firm provides absolutely no guarantees regarding the final outcome of any application.
By engaging our services, the Client formally grants Bizoso Consulta, its directors, and its employees complete and absolute legal immunity from any civil liability, financial claim, or consumer court complaint in the event that:
-
The sovereign government refuses or rejects the visa/permit application.
-
The evaluating officer issues a ban or finding of inadmissibility (e.g., due to misrepresentation, forged documents provided by the client, or medical/criminal background issues).
-
The embassy requests additional, unforeseen investigative interviews or biometric verifications.
No Refunds on Refusal: In the event of a visa refusal, all professional facilitation fees paid to Bizoso Consulta remain strictly non-refundable. The fee is paid for the administrative labor of preparing the file, not for the government's final decision.
4. Immunity from Government Timelines and Delays
Bizoso Consulta operates with internal administrative timelines, but we have absolutely no control over government processing queues. Bizoso Consulta is completely immune from, and cannot be held legally or financially responsible for, processing delays caused by:
-
Standard government backlogs or high application volumes.
-
Embassy staff strikes, political crises, or diplomatic suspensions.
-
Routine or extended security clearances and background checks.
-
Third-party government processing times for Information Access requests (such as GCMS notes from Canada or FOIA requests from the USA).
The Client waives the right to claim that Bizoso Consulta "failed to deliver a service on time" if the delay is occurring on the government's end.
5. Waiver of Consequential Damages Related to Decisions
The Client explicitly waives the right to sue or claim financial compensation for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from a government delay or visa refusal. This waiver specifically includes:
-
Opportunity Loss: Loss of potential income, business deals, university admissions, or revoked employment offers due to a negative immigration outcome.
-
Incidental Travel Costs: Non-refundable flight tickets, hotel bookings, conference fees, or medical examination costs lost due to an embassy decision or processing delay. (We strongly advise clients never to book non-refundable travel until a visa is physically in their possession).
6. Client Acknowledgement and Digital Consent
By accessing the secure portal (pk.bizoso.ca), rendering payment, or signing any service agreement, the Client formally acknowledges:
-
They have read and understood this Sovereign Decision Immunity Disclaimer.
-
They accept the inherent risks of applying for a visa and understand that refusal is always a possibility.
-
They agree not to initiate fraudulent bank chargebacks, digital disputes, or social media defamation campaigns against Bizoso Consulta in the event of a sovereign government's refusal.
