1. Financial Risk Mitigation Framework

Bizoso Consulta Pakistan relies on advanced internal data analytics, historical payment behavior, and regional financial trends to maintain strict operational efficiency. Over time, statistical risk models have identified specific geographic zones with exceptionally high rates of financial abandonment, fraudulent chargebacks, and post-service non-payment in the administrative facilitation sector.

To protect the firm's administrative resources and ensure that our licensed professionals are compensated for their labor, Bizoso Consulta enforces specialized credit rules and payment structures for clients originating from, or operating within, these designated High-Risk Credit Zones.

2. Designated High-Risk Zones

Currently, the firm’s risk-management algorithm applies strict pre-payment protocols to clients who reside in, utilize bank accounts registered in, or are operating B2B travel agencies from the following regions:

  • Lahore

  • Gujrat

  • Gujranwala

  • Sheikhupura

  • Mandi Bahauddin

(Note: This regional classification is subject to continuous review and may be dynamically updated based on quarterly internal financial audit data and chargeback ratios).

3. The 100% Upfront Pre-Payment Mandate

For any Client whose profile, CNIC address, or banking details fall within a designated High-Risk Credit Zone, Bizoso Consulta fundamentally alters its standard billing terms. The following strict financial rules apply unconditionally:

  • No Installment Plans: The Client is strictly ineligible for any phased payment structures, split invoicing, or milestone-based payments.

  • Total Advance Clearance: The Client must clear 100% of the total facilitation invoice upfront before any service is rendered.

  • Strict Service Lock: No administrative file will be opened in the CRM, no documents will be reviewed, and no preliminary legal consulting will be provided until the full invoice amount has definitively cleared into Bizoso Consulta’s corporate account.

4. Non-Discrimination & Business Rationale

Bizoso Consulta explicitly clarifies that this policy is strictly a data-driven financial risk-management tool.

  • It is not based on personal prejudice, ethnic bias, or regional discrimination. It is a standard corporate safeguard designed to ensure that the firm does not expend unrecoverable, high-value labor hours on historically high-risk financial profiles.

  • Clients originating from these designated regions receive the exact same premier, high-quality administrative facilitation and priority processing once their funds have legally cleared our accounting department.

5. Funds Clearance & Service Activation

A digital payment receipt (such as an IBFT screenshot) is not sufficient to bypass this regional policy.

  • Corporate Verification: The 100% upfront payment is only considered "Complete" when the funds are physically reflected and verified in the official corporate bank account of Bizoso Consulta.

  • Cheque Delays: If a client from a designated high-risk zone pays via a corporate cross-cheque, the file will remain locked for the standard 3 to 5 business days required for the cheque to formally clear the banking system.

  • Attempted Circumvention: Any attempt by a Client from these regions to circumvent this policy by using a third-party bank account located in a different city will trigger a mandatory Source of Funds (SOF) audit under our AML Policy, further delaying the start of services.
