1. Absolute Rejection of "Done-Base" Operations

Bizoso Consulta operates exclusively as a legitimate, legally compliant corporate administrative facilitator and business consultancy.

We maintain a strict, non-negotiable Zero-Tolerance Policy against "Done-Base" agreements. * Definition of Done-Base: In the regional market, "Done-Base" refers to illicit agreements where an agent promises a 100% guaranteed visa approval in exchange for a heavily inflated fee payable only after the visa is issued, often utilizing forged documents or alleged "inside links."

  • Criminal Association: The Client explicitly acknowledges that "Done-Base" operations are fundamentally linked to human smuggling, visa fraud, and corruption. Bizoso Consulta unequivocally refuses to participate in, facilitate, or entertain any such black-market arrangements.

2. Eradication of the "Guarantee" Culture

Visas, residency permits, and immigration waivers are sovereign privileges granted exclusively by the destination country's government. They are not consumer products that can be "bought" or "guaranteed" by any private company, lawyer, or consultant.

  • No Approvals Guaranteed: Bizoso Consulta formally declares that we provide a 0% guarantee regarding the final outcome of any application.

  • Prohibition of Coercion: The Client is strictly prohibited from demanding that Bizoso Consulta "guarantee the visa" or hold the firm financially hostage to the decision of a foreign embassy. Any client insisting on a guaranteed outcome will be immediately refused service and removed from the portal.

3. Professional Fee for Labor, Not Outcomes

To ensure absolute legal compliance and ethical transparency, Bizoso Consulta operates strictly on a professional Fee-for-Service model.

  • Labor and Expertise: The professional fees invoiced by Bizoso Consulta compensate our staff for their administrative labor, digital CRM infrastructure, strategic consulting, document compilation, and time.

  • Pre-Payment Mandate: Because our labor is rendered regardless of the sovereign government's final decision, all facilitation fees must be cleared upfront through official banking channels. We do not work on contingency, and we do not defer our professional fees pending an embassy's approval.

4. Anti-Bribery & "Sifarish" Prohibition

Bizoso Consulta relies entirely on the merit of the Client’s profile and the flawless preparation of their digital application according to publicly available government guidelines.

  • We do not bribe, lobby, or illegally influence embassy officials, border agents, or government clerks.

  • The Client explicitly agrees never to request, suggest, or offer additional funds to Bizoso Consulta staff to "pay off" an official or utilize illegal "Sifarish" (undue influence) to secure an approval. Such requests will trigger immediate contract termination and forfeiture of all fees paid.

5. B2B Partner & Sub-Agent Accountability

Bizoso Consulta maintains a network of authorized B2B travel agents and corporate partners. This "No Done-Base" mandate applies universally across our entire pipeline.

  • Immediate Severance: If any travel agent, sub-consultant, or external marketer is caught advertising Bizoso Consulta’s services as "Done-Base," "100% Guaranteed," or "Pay After Visa," their corporate partnership will be instantly and permanently severed.

  • Public Denouncement: The firm assumes zero liability for fraudulent promises made by rogue third parties. We will proactively report any agent operating "Done-Base" scams under our corporate name to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
