NON-RESIDENT & TEMPORARY VISA HOLDER (AFGHAN CITIZEN) PAYMENT POLICY
Policy Code: BIZ-PK-DIGITAL-2026
Effective Date: March 28, 2026
Portal Application: pk.bizoso.ca | www.bizoso.ca
Jurisdiction: Islamic Republic of Pakistan
Legal Foundation: Electronic Transactions Ordinance (ETO) 2002 (Sections 3, 4, 7 & 8); The Contract Act 1872; Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016.
1. The 100% Digital Mandate & Zero Physical Paper Rule
Bizoso Consulta Pakistan is a modern, legally compliant, and environmentally conscious Paperless Organization.
To ensure maximum data security and operational efficiency, all administrative facilitation, document management, and client onboarding occur exclusively through our encrypted digital portal (pk.bizoso.ca).
-
No Physical Submissions: Bizoso Consulta does not accept, store, or process physical paper documents, original degrees, or hard-copy bank statements at our corporate offices in Karachi, London, Toronto, or Calgary.
-
Risk of Destruction: If a Client attempts to courier or hand-deliver physical documents to a Bizoso Consulta office, the firm assumes zero liability for their safekeeping. Unauthorized physical documents will be securely shredded and destroyed upon receipt without scanning. It is the Client's sole responsibility to upload digital copies via their CRM dashboard.
2. Electronic Signatures & ETO 2002 Compliance
Because Bizoso Consulta operates entirely electronically, physical "wet-ink" signatures are not utilized.
-
Pursuant to Sections 3, 7, and 8 of the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (ETO) 2002, the Client acknowledges that checking a digital consent box, clicking "I Agree," or typing their name into a portal form carries the exact same legal weight, validity, and enforceability as a physical signature sworn before a Notary Public.
-
The Client legally waives any right to dispute the validity of a contract or policy simply because it was executed electronically.
3. Official Communication Channels (The "Anti-WhatsApp" Clause)
To maintain a legally verifiable audit trail, the Perfex CRM portal is the single source of truth for all case-related communications.
-
Exclusive Ticketing System: All instructions, document requests, case updates, and disputes must be conducted exclusively through the secure Digital Ticketing System inside the Client’s portal.
-
Invalidation of External Communcation: Bizoso Consulta explicitly disclaims any legal liability for communications, promises, or updates made via unofficial channels. Voice notes, WhatsApp messages, direct messages on social media, or personal phone calls with case managers are legally void and non-binding.
-
The "Four Corners" Rule: If an instruction, promise, or guarantee is not documented within a formal CRM support ticket, it legally does not exist.
4. Definition of "Service Completion"
Clients often misunderstand the role of an administrative facilitator, assuming the service is only "complete" if a visa is approved. This clause legally redefines service delivery.
-
Scope of Labor: The Client is retaining Bizoso Consulta to provide professional labor: specifically, the review, organization, and preparation of administrative forms and supporting documents based on public immigration guidelines.
-
The Point of Delivery: Bizoso Consulta’s contractual service delivery is deemed 100% Complete and Fulfilled the moment the compiled file is either:
-
Officially submitted to the relevant government portal (e.g., IRCC, UKVI, USCIS) by our team, OR
-
Securely transmitted back to the Client for their own physical submission (e.g., taking the compiled file to a VFS/Gerry's drop-box).
-
-
Once the file is submitted, the firm's labor is finished. We do not provide endless free revisions, nor are we obligated to perform free administrative work for future government appeals or separate applications.
5. Client Upload Responsibilities & File Quality
The speed and accuracy of our service rely heavily on the Client’s digital competence.
-
The Client is strictly required to upload high-resolution, full-color PDF scans of their original documents.
-
Bizoso Consulta will reject documents that are blurry, cut off, digitally altered, or photographed from a mobile phone screen.
-
The firm is not liable for government processing delays or application refusals caused by the Client's failure to provide legible, high-quality digital scans when requested via the portal ticketing system.
6. Digital Document Retention & Data Purging Protocol
Bizoso Consulta is not a permanent cloud storage provider. We maintain strict data-purging protocols to protect client privacy and optimize server security.
-
Active Cases: Documents are securely stored on our encrypted servers for the duration of the active file preparation and government processing period.
-
Post-Decision Purge: Exactly 90 Days after a final decision (Approval, Refusal, or File Closure/Abandonment) is reached, Bizoso Consulta will permanently and irreversibly delete the Client’s uploaded documents, compiled forms, and identification scans from our servers.
-
Client Responsibility: It is the Client's sole responsibility to download and save copies of their compiled applications and supporting documents from the portal before the 90-day retention period expires. Bizoso Consulta cannot recover files once the digital shredding protocol is executed.
