KYC, AML & FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE POLICY
Policy Code: BIZ-PK-FIN-2026
Effective Date: March 28, 2026
Portal Application: pk.bizoso.ca | www.bizoso.ca
Jurisdiction: Islamic Republic of Pakistan
Legal Foundation: The Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Act 2010; Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Guidelines; State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Prudential Regulations; Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016.
1. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Identity Verification
As a compliant corporate entity operating under international financial guidelines, Bizoso Consulta Pakistan mandates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) protocol before any administrative or financial relationship can commence.
-
Digital Identity Matching: The Client must upload a valid, government-issued CNIC, NICOP, or Passport. The name on the portal account and the payment method must perfectly match the provided identity document.
-
Biometric & Liveness Verification: To prevent identity theft and "ghost applicants," Bizoso Consulta reserves the right to require a digital video liveness check or a live video-call verification prior to accepting an application.
-
Corporate B2B KYC: Travel agents and B2B partners must submit their SECP incorporation certificates, FBR/NTN registration, and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. We do not do business with unregistered "freelance" agents.
2. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Anti-Hundi/Hawala Policy
Bizoso Consulta has a zero-tolerance policy for financial crimes. We are legally bound to prevent our corporate infrastructure from being used for money laundering, terror financing, or illicit capital flight.
-
Prohibition of Hawala/Hundi: The Client is strictly prohibited from using unregistered money transmitters, Hawala, or Hundi to pay Bizoso Consulta invoices.
-
Traceable Source of Funds: All payments must originate from a verifiable, regulated banking institution.
-
Third-Party Payment Ban: We do not accept payments from unknown third parties. If a fee is paid by someone other than the Client (e.g., a parent or spouse), the Client must provide legal proof of relationship (e.g., FRC/Marriage Certificate) and a signed financial affidavit from the sponsor.
-
Proactive FMU Reporting: Suspicious transactions will be immediately frozen and reported to the Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU) of Pakistan and the FIA without prior notice to the Client.
3. Transparent Financial Flow & Strict No-Cash Policy
Bizoso Consulta is a 100% Cashless Organization. This protects both the Client and the firm from embezzlement, fraud, and disputes.
-
Authorized Channels Only: Payments are only accepted via direct Inter Bank Fund Transfer (IBFT) to our official corporate accounts, corporate cheques, or authorized digital payment gateways (e.g., Stripe) integrated into
pk.bizoso.ca. -
The "No-Cash" Defense: Bizoso Consulta expressly prohibits any employee, case manager, or B2B partner from accepting physical cash on behalf of the firm.
-
Client Liability for Cash: If a Client hands physical cash to an employee, agent, or any individual claiming to represent Bizoso Consulta, the Client does so entirely at their own risk. The firm assumes zero liability for these funds, they will not be credited to the Client’s CRM ledger, and no services will be rendered.
4. Regional Credit Risk & Mandatory Pre-Payment Policy
To maintain operational efficiency and mitigate historically high rates of chargebacks, financial abandonment, and non-payment, Bizoso Consulta enforces specialized credit rules for designated geographic zones.
-
High-Risk Zones: Clients originating from, residing in, or utilizing bank accounts registered in specific designated regions—including but not limited to Lahore, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, and Mandi Bahauddin—are subject to a strict 100% Pre-Payment Protocol.
-
No Installments: For clients in these regions, Bizoso Consulta does not offer installment plans, "post-dated cheque" arrangements, or "pay-after-assessment" options.
-
Service Commencement: No file will be opened, and no preliminary consultation will be provided, until the full invoice amount has definitively cleared into Bizoso Consulta’s corporate account.
5. Non-Resident & Temporary Visa Holder (Afghan Citizen) Payment Policy
Due to strict FATF compliance regulations and enhanced due diligence (EDD) requirements by the State Bank of Pakistan regarding foreign nationals and temporary residents, the following applies:
-
Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD): Non-Pakistani citizens utilizing the Pakistan portal (specifically including Afghan citizens residing in Pakistan on temporary visas or Proof of Registration (PoR) cards) must undergo secondary KYC verification.
-
Cleared Funds Mandate: Payments from non-residents must be cleared through official, internationally recognized banking channels. Due to regional banking restrictions, Bizoso Consulta may require proof of the lawful origin of funds before generating an invoice.
-
Surcharge Authorization: Bizoso Consulta reserves the right to apply an administrative compliance surcharge to cover the additional legal and banking scrutiny required to process foreign national files within the Pakistani jurisdiction.
6. Fee Forfeiture for Financial Fraud
If a Client attempts a fraudulent credit card chargeback, uses stolen financial details, or submits a forged banking receipt (e.g., a fake IBFT screenshot) to the portal:
-
The Client's file and portal access will be instantly terminated.
-
Any legitimate funds already paid will be 100% forfeited to cover forensic auditing and legal costs.
-
The Client will be permanently banned from all Bizoso Consulta global hubs, and the fraudulent receipt will be submitted to the FIA Cybercrime Wing under PECA 2016.
Contact & Support
For your own security, never transfer funds to personal bank accounts (e.g., an account bearing an individual employee's name). All official payments will be clearly invoiced through your secure portal dashboard.
