1. The Digital Identification Mandate

Bizoso Consulta Pakistan is a legally compliant, totally electronic corporate entity. Because our administrative facilitation occurs entirely via our secure portal without physical, in-person meetings, establishing the absolute true identity of our clients is a mandatory legal requirement under the AML Act 2010.

Bizoso Consulta does not process anonymous applications, "ghost files," or third-party proxy submissions. The individual creating the account on pk.bizoso.ca must be the exact individual utilizing the service.

2. Primary Identity Documentation

Before any preliminary consultation, file review, or service agreement can commence, the Client is legally required to upload high-resolution, unedited, full-color scans of their primary identity documents to the secure CRM vault.

  • Pakistani Citizens: A valid, unexpired NADRA-issued Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP), along with a valid Machine-Readable Passport (MRP) or E-Passport.

  • Foreign Nationals (Including Afghan Citizens): A valid international passport, along with proof of legal residency in Pakistan (e.g., a valid visa or Proof of Registration (PoR) card).

  • Document Integrity: The submitted ID must not be obscured, digitally cropped, or tampered with. Uploading a forged or edited CNIC/Passport is a direct violation of the NADRA Ordinance 2000 and PPC Section 468.

3. Biometric & Video "Liveness" Verification

To combat the rising threat of digital identity theft, deepfakes, and forged documentation, Bizoso Consulta reserves the absolute right to enforce secondary biometric verification.

  • Video Liveness Check: The Client may be required to record and upload a short, time-stamped video stating their name, CNIC number, and their intention to hire Bizoso Consulta, whilst holding their original physical ID next to their face.

  • Live Tele-Verification: Our compliance team may mandate a spontaneous, recorded video call to visually match the Client's face to the provided passport/CNIC.

  • Refusal to Comply: If a Client refuses to undergo a biometric liveness check, or if the system detects the use of artificial intelligence (AI) / deepfake technology, the application will be immediately flagged as fraudulent and permanently frozen.

4. Strict Identity-to-Payment Matching

To prevent money laundering, credit card fraud, and the unauthorized use of third-party funds (Hawala/Hundi), Bizoso Consulta enforces strict identity matching across all financial transactions.

  • The name registered on the Client's pk.bizoso.ca portal account MUST perfectly match the name on the uploaded CNIC/Passport.

  • Furthermore, the name on the originating bank account or credit card used to pay the Bizoso Consulta invoice MUST perfectly match the Client's verified identity.

  • If a third party (such as a parent or spouse) is paying on behalf of the Client, a signed "Financial Sponsorship Affidavit" and proof of relationship (e.g., NADRA Family Registration Certificate - FRC) must be cleared by our compliance team before the payment is made.

5. Continuous Monitoring & Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD)

KYC is not a one-time event. Bizoso Consulta maintains an Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) protocol throughout the lifecycle of the Client's case.

  • The Client is legally obligated to immediately update the portal if their primary identification expires, is revoked, or is re-issued by NADRA or their passport authority.

  • Failure to maintain valid, updated identification on the portal will result in the immediate suspension of file processing and a transition to "Dormant Status."

6. Consequences of Identity Theft & Spoofing (PECA 2016)

Attempting to utilize Bizoso Consulta's services under a false name, a stolen identity, or a fabricated digital persona is a severe cybercrime.

  • Under Sections 13 (Electronic Forgery), 14 (Electronic Fraud), and 16 (Unauthorized Use of Identity Information) of PECA 2016, identity spoofing is punishable by up to seven (7) years of imprisonment and heavy fines.

  • If Bizoso Consulta detects identity fraud, the Client's digital footprint (IP logs, device metadata, and forged ID scans) will be proactively and immediately handed over to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cybercrime Wing without prior warning or notification. All fees paid under the fraudulent identity will be 100% forfeited.

For your data protection, Bizoso Consulta staff will never ask you to send your CNIC or Passport over unsecured channels like personal WhatsApp numbers. All identity documents must be uploaded exclusively through the encrypted pk.bizoso.ca client dashboard.
