FINANCIAL INTEGRITY & AUTHORIZED TRANSACTION POLICY

FINANCIAL INTEGRITY & AUTHORIZED TRANSACTION POLICY

Policy Code: BIZ-PK-AUTH-2026
Effective Date: March 29, 2026
Portal Application: pk.bizoso.ca | www.bizoso.ca
Jurisdiction: Islamic Republic of Pakistan
Legal Foundation: Payment Systems and Electronic Fund Transfers Act 2007; Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Act 2010; Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 (Section 14 - Electronic Fraud).

1. The Principle of Authorized Digital Capital

Bizoso Consulta Pakistan processes all administrative and facilitation fees through secure, regulated digital gateways and corporate banking channels.

The Client explicitly guarantees that any funds remitted to Bizoso Consulta—whether via credit card, debit card, Inter-Bank Fund Transfer (IBFT), or corporate cheque—are legally obtained and that the Client is the authorized owner or legally designated signatory of the originating account. The use of stolen, unauthorized, or "borrowed" financial instruments is strictly prohibited and constitutes a federal crime.

2. Identity-to-Payment Matching & Cardholder Verification

To prevent credit card fraud and unauthorized use of digital payment methods, Bizoso Consulta enforces a strict identity-matching protocol within the pk.bizoso.ca portal.

  • Primary Mandate: The name registered on the Client’s digital CRM account MUST match the name of the cardholder or the bank account holder remitting the payment.

  • Address Verification System (AVS): For credit/debit card transactions processed via our digital gateways (e.g., Stripe), the billing address provided must match the address on file with the card-issuing bank.

  • Flagged Transactions: If the CRM detects a name mismatch, an IP geolocation anomaly (e.g., a Client logged in from Karachi attempting to use a credit card issued in London), or multiple failed CVV attempts, the transaction will be automatically blocked, and the Client’s file will be temporarily frozen pending a manual security audit.

3. Authorized Third-Party Payments (The Sponsorship Rule)

Bizoso Consulta recognizes that in some cases, a legitimate third party (such as a parent, spouse, or corporate employer) may pay the administrative fees on behalf of the Client. To prevent the layering of illicit funds, strict rules apply:

  • The Prohibition of "Anonymous" Payers: We do not accept payments from unrelated, unverified third parties or informal brokers.

  • Sponsorship Declaration: If the name on the payment method does not match the Client’s name, the Client must formally declare the relationship via a support ticket before the payment is made.

  • The Consent Affidavit: The third-party payer must provide a copy of their valid government ID (CNIC/Passport) and digitally sign a Financial Sponsorship Authorization confirming they willingly authorize the charge for the Client’s services. Without this, the payment will be rejected.

4. "Friendly Fraud" & Chargeback Retaliation Protocol

"Friendly fraud" occurs when a Client willingly pays for a service, utilizes the administrative labor, and then maliciously contacts their bank or credit card company to falsely claim the charge was "unauthorized" or "not provided" to secure a refund. Bizoso Consulta fiercely prosecutes chargeback fraud.

  • Digital Evidence Weaponization: If a Client initiates a malicious chargeback, Bizoso Consulta will immediately compile a comprehensive Digital Evidence Packet. This includes the Client's signed Master Service Agreement, IP login logs, document upload timestamps, and records of all administrative labor performed.

  • Dispute Escalation: This packet will be submitted directly to the acquiring bank, the credit card network (Visa/Mastercard), and the payment gateway to definitively prove the charge was authorized and the service was rendered.

  • Criminal Escalation (PECA 2016): A fraudulent chargeback is legally classified as "Electronic Fraud." Upon receiving a chargeback notice, Bizoso Consulta reserves the right to immediately terminate the Client's file and file a formal criminal complaint with the FIA Cybercrime Wing against the cardholder.

  • Embassy Notification: The firm may also notify the relevant destination embassy that the Client has engaged in financial fraud against their designated administrative representative.

5. Anti-Structuring & The "Return-to-Origin" Refund Policy

To comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) directives, Bizoso Consulta strictly monitors for "smurfing" (breaking up payments to avoid detection) and overpayment schemes.

  • Overpayment Rejection: If a Client intentionally overpays an invoice and subsequently requests that the "excess funds" be wired to a different bank account, the request will be unequivocally denied. This is a classic money laundering tactic.

  • Strict Return-to-Origin: In the rare event that a refund is authorized under our Comprehensive Refund Policy (e.g., within the 24-hour cooling-off period), the funds will only be returned to the exact original payment method and account from which they were sent. We will never issue a refund via physical cash, nor will we route a refund to a third-party account.

6. Fee Liability & Gateway Surcharges

  • The Client is solely responsible for any foreign exchange (FX) fees, international transaction fees, or overdraft charges levied by their own bank when remitting payment to Bizoso Consulta.

  • If a Client’s payment is returned due to insufficient funds (NSF) or a bounced cheque, the Client will be liable for a mandatory Administrative Penalty Fee added to their subsequent digital invoice to cover banking penalties incurred by our corporate account.

Contact & Support

If your credit card is declining within the portal, please do not attempt to run it multiple times, as this will trigger a fraud lockout. Open a digital billing ticket, and our accounting team will provide you with alternative IBFT or direct wire transfer instructions.
