DOCUMENT CHAIN OF CUSTODY & DIGITAL ORIGIN TRACKING POLICY
Policy Code: BIZ-PK-TRACK-2026
Effective Date: March 28, 2026
Portal Application: pk.bizoso.ca | www.bizoso.ca
Jurisdiction: Islamic Republic of Pakistan
Legal Foundation: Electronic Transactions Ordinance (ETO) 2002 (Sections 3, 5, & 6); Qanun-e-Shahadat Order (QSO) 1984 (Article 164); Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016.
1. The Digital-First Mandate & System Architecture
Bizoso Consulta Pakistan is a paperless, digital-first administrative facilitation firm. We do not accept physical, hard-copy documents at our administrative hubs. All document submissions, without exception, must be independently uploaded by the Client directly into their secure portal dashboard (pk.bizoso.ca).
By utilizing this portal, the Client acknowledges that the underlying Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system acts as an automated, neutral, and secure digital vault.
2. The Digital Fingerprint & Metadata Logging
To protect both the firm and the Client, every interaction within the portal generates an indelible digital fingerprint. When a Client uploads a document (e.g., a bank statement, passport, or degree), the system automatically captures, encrypts, and permanently logs the following metadata:
-
The Originating IP Address: The exact internet protocol address from which the file was uploaded.
-
Device & Browser Fingerprint: The specific device type, operating system, and browser used to access the portal.
-
Cryptographic Time-Stamping: The exact date, hour, minute, and second the file crossed into our secure server environment, recorded in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and Pakistan Standard Time (PKT).
-
Session ID & Authentication Token: Linking the upload definitively to the Client’s unique, password-protected login credentials.
3. Immutability & Consultant Non-Alteration Protocol
To ensure absolute integrity, Bizoso Consulta maintains a strict "Read-Only/No-Alteration" protocol for client-uploaded files.
-
Once a file is uploaded by the Client, it is cryptographically locked into the CRM database.
-
Bizoso Consulta staff, consultants, and B2B partners do not possess the system permissions to secretly edit, replace, alter, or "swap" the original file uploaded by the Client.
-
Any merging of PDFs or administrative compression done by the firm generates a separate, traceable "compiled" file, leaving the Client's original uploaded source file completely untouched and preserved in the system archives.
4. Preemptive Neutralization of the "Consultant Defense"
Fraudulent applicants often attempt to evade criminal liability by falsely claiming that a consultant or travel agent fabricated the fake documents on their behalf.
By accepting these terms, the Client explicitly acknowledges that:
-
The CRM’s Chain of Custody logs mathematically prove the exact origin of the file.
-
If a fraudulent document is discovered in the Client's file, Bizoso Consulta will easily prove via the digital metadata that the file was uploaded directly from the Client's own device/IP address.
-
The Client formally waives the right to utilize the "my consultant did it" defense in any legal, embassy, or law enforcement inquiry.
5. Primary Evidence Admissibility (QSO 1984)
Pursuant to Article 164 of the Qanun-e-Shahadat Order (QSO) 1984, and supported by the ETO 2002, the Client agrees that Bizoso Consulta’s digital audit trails, metadata logs, and server timestamps are fully legally admissible as primary and conclusive evidence in any court of law, arbitration, or regulatory tribunal.
The Client cannot repudiate (deny) an upload action taken under their securely logged-in account. Falsely denying a digital action when system logs prove otherwise may constitute a separate offense of perjury or deceiving an investigating officer.
6. Unrestricted Law Enforcement Access (The FIA Shield Protocol)
In the event of a dispute, an allegation of fraud, or a formal inquiry by an embassy or border agency, Bizoso Consulta will not hesitate to clear its corporate name.
We reserve the irrevocable right to extract the complete Document Chain of Custody Report and hand it directly over to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cybercrime Wing, local law enforcement, or foreign embassy integrity units. This metadata package will be used to definitively prove the Client's sole culpability in the submission of any forged materials.
