ANTI-HARASSMENT, PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & "ANTI-SIFARISH" POLICY
Policy Code: BIZ-PK-CONDUCT-2026
Effective Date: March 29, 2026
Portal Application: pk.bizoso.ca | www.bizoso.ca
Jurisdiction: Islamic Republic of Pakistan
Legal Foundation: The Contract Act 1872; Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 (Section 20 & 24); Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) Sections 503 (Criminal Intimidation) & 509.
1. Zero-Tolerance for Harassment & Workplace Abuse
Bizoso Consulta Pakistan is committed to providing a secure, professional, and respectful environment for all its directors, case managers, administrative staff, and legal partners.
-
Definition of Abuse: We maintain an absolute Zero-Tolerance Policy against any form of hostility. This includes, but is strictly not limited to: shouting during consultations, the use of profanity, racial or ethnic slurs, condescending language, physical threats, intimidation tactics, or sending aggressive, rapid-fire messages through the portal ticketing system.
-
The Right to Disconnect: Bizoso Consulta staff are legally empowered and explicitly instructed by management to immediately disconnect any phone call, terminate any digital meeting, and exit any interaction the moment a Client becomes verbally abusive, disrespectful, or hostile.
2. The "Anti-Sifarish" (Undue Influence) Mandate
Bizoso Consulta operates strictly within the bounds of international law, corporate compliance, and merit-based application processing.
-
Prohibition of Sifarish: The Client is strictly forbidden from requesting, expecting, or demanding that Bizoso Consulta utilize "Sifarish" (nepotism, illegal lobbying, or undue personal influence) with embassy officials, border agents, or government clerks to expedite a file or secure an approval.
-
No Bribery or Inducements: The Client must never offer "extra cash," personal favors, or bribes to any Bizoso Consulta employee in an attempt to bypass the CRM queue or alter a document.
-
Merit-Only Operations: We rely entirely on the legal merit of the Client’s profile and flawless administrative preparation. Any Client insisting on utilizing black-market tactics or Sifarish will be immediately removed from the portal.
3. Strict Communication Boundaries & Privacy
To protect the mental health and private lives of our staff, all communications must remain strictly professional and occur within our heavily monitored, designated digital channels.
-
Exclusive CRM Communication: All case-related instructions, inquiries, and document submissions must occur exclusively through the
pk.bizoso.casecure digital ticketing system. -
The Personal Number Ban (Anti-Stalking): Clients are strictly prohibited from hunting down, messaging, or calling the personal phone numbers, WhatsApp accounts, or private social media profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) of Bizoso Consulta employees. Unsolicited contact outside of the portal is legally classified as digital harassment under PECA 2016.
-
Professional Hours: The Client acknowledges that Bizoso Consulta operates on standard business hours. Staff are not obligated to—and will not—respond to tickets, emails, or urgent demands on weekends, public holidays, or late at night.
4. Immediate Contract Severance & 100% Fee Forfeiture
Bizoso Consulta reserves the absolute, unilateral right to refuse service, reject an application, or sever an existing contract at any time if the compliance team determines that the Client has violated this Conduct Policy.
-
The Penalty: If a Client subjects any team member to verbal abuse, attempts to bribe staff, or engages in digital stalking, the Client’s file will be immediately and permanently closed.
-
Liquidated Damages: In the event of contract severance due to Client misconduct, 100% of all professional fees paid will be forfeited. These funds are retained as liquidated damages for breach of contract and to cover the administrative disruption caused by the Client's behavior. No refunds will be issued.
5. Anti-Defamation & Social Media Blackmail Defense
Bizoso Consulta fiercely protects its commercial reputation. We do not negotiate with clients attempting to use social media as a weapon for extortion.
-
Prohibition of Digital Blackmail: The Client explicitly agrees not to use the threat of negative Google Reviews, Facebook posts, WhatsApp group broadcasts, or X/Twitter campaigns as a tactic to demand unjustified refunds, bypass internal mediation, or coerce the firm into approving fraudulent documents.
-
Legal Retaliation: The Client acknowledges that publishing false, malicious, or intentionally damaging information about Bizoso Consulta or its staff is a severe criminal offense. If a Client engages in digital defamation or blackmail, Bizoso Consulta will immediately initiate civil litigation for commercial damages and file a formal cyber-harassment complaint with the FIA Cybercrime Wing, utilizing the Client's CRM logs as primary evidence.
Contact & Support
We deeply value our polite, cooperative, and professional clients. If you have a legitimate administrative grievance regarding the handling of your case, you are encouraged to use the formal "Escalate to Management" digital ticket category rather than resorting to hostility.
