ANTI-DEFAMATION & SOCIAL MEDIA INTEGRITY POLICY

ANTI-DEFAMATION & SOCIAL MEDIA INTEGRITY POLICY

Policy Code: BIZ-PK-DEFAMATION-2026
Effective Date: March 29, 2026
Portal Application: pk.bizoso.ca | www.bizoso.ca
Jurisdiction: Islamic Republic of Pakistan
Legal Foundation: Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 (Sections 20 & 24); Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) Sections 499 & 500 (Defamation); The Contract Act 1872.

1. Prohibition of Digital Extortion & Social Media Blackmail

Bizoso Consulta fiercely protects its global commercial reputation, brand integrity, and the professional standing of its licensed consultants. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for digital terrorism and client extortion.

  • The "Review Blackmail" Ban: The Client explicitly agrees never to use the threat of negative public reviews (e.g., Google Reviews, Trustpilot), social media smear campaigns (e.g., Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok), or WhatsApp group broadcasts as a coercive tactic to demand unjustified refunds, force free services, or bypass our internal compliance and fraud-deterrent policies.

  • Extortion Classification: Attempting to force Bizoso Consulta into violating its own contracts under the threat of "ruining the firm's online reputation" is legally classified by our corporate attorneys as commercial extortion.

2. Criminal Defamation (PECA 2016 & PPC 499/500)

While Bizoso Consulta respects the right to honest, private, and constructive feedback, the Client acknowledges the severe legal distinction between feedback and malicious defamation.

  • Spreading Falsehoods: Publishing digitally altered communications, spreading false narratives about a "guaranteed visa," or publicly accusing Bizoso Consulta of fraud simply because an embassy rightfully rejected an application (or because the firm caught the Client submitting fake documents) constitutes Criminal Defamation.

  • Statutory Penalties: The Client formally acknowledges that under Section 20 of PECA 2016 (Offences Against Dignity of a Natural Person) and PPC Section 500, publishing false, malicious, or intentionally damaging information to harm a corporate entity’s business is a criminal offense punishable by up to three (3) years of imprisonment and severe financial penalties.

3. Immediate Legal Retaliation & Evidence Weaponization

Bizoso Consulta does not negotiate with individuals attempting to publicly damage our corporate or staff reputation. If a Client violates this policy by publishing defamatory content, the firm will execute an immediate, multi-tiered legal strike:

  • The Digital Audit Trail: Our legal team will immediately extract the Client’s complete digital footprint from the Perfex CRM—including their signed Master Service Agreement, IP logs, upload timestamps, and any forged documents they attempted to use—to mathematically prove the Client's public claims are false.

  • FIA Cybercrime Escalation: Bizoso Consulta will proactively file a formal, evidence-backed cyber-harassment and defamation complaint directly with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cybercrime Wing.

  • Civil Litigation for Damages: The firm will initiate aggressive civil litigation against the Client to recover total commercial damages, loss of prospective business, and all attorney fees incurred while defending our reputation.

4. Mandatory Internal Dispute Resolution

Before a Client takes any grievance to a public forum, they are legally bound by this contract to exhaust all internal dispute resolution mechanisms.

  • The Escalation Protocol: If a Client has a genuine complaint regarding administrative delays or case management, they must submit a formal digital ticket within the pk.bizoso.ca portal.

  • Breach of Contract: Bypassing this internal digital mediation process to immediately post a retaliatory public review constitutes a direct material breach of the service contract.

5. Contract Severance & Financial Forfeiture

If the compliance team determines that a Client has engaged in digital blackmail, threatened our staff with public smear campaigns, or posted defamatory material:

  • Immediate Account Lock: The Client’s CRM portal access will be permanently revoked, and all administrative work will be instantly halted.

  • 100% Fee Forfeiture: All professional fees paid to date will be permanently retained as initial liquidated damages to offset the costs of the impending legal defense. Absolutely no refunds will be issued to a Client engaging in defamation.
